Application requirements:

18 years of age or above
Female
You have a history of content creation/streaming (no matter how small)
Willing to provide evidence you have produced, engaged in or sold lewd content in the past (This will stay private with VAllure and ensures we as an agency are not converting you into this line of content).
You accept and are comfortable with the fact that this company is interested in making 18+ content (audio/illustrated) as well as the risks and benefits where therein.

Notes:

VAllure are looking for a minimum of 3 streams a week and 4 lewd audios produced per month.

We have a dedicated team of script writers and editors as well as the option for a lead example so please do not be worried if you feel you are inexperienced when it comes to audio production. We are equipped to train you up in this field!

The contract is one year in length from debut date and VAllure holds exclusive streaming from the talent during this time.

There is no stream exclusivity beyond the duration of the contract.

The 80/20 split increases if the talent renews their contract beyond the one year mark.

If lewd and/or sexual content makes you uncomfortable, we are not an agency for you.

During the debut preparation period, (April 1st to May 31st) selected talents CAN work on their previous lives but will not be granted the sign-on bonus until their pre-debut work is complete.

Q & A

Q: What platform are you streaming on?

A: Talents for VAllure will primarily host their content on YouTube, abiding by their Terms of Service. All other exclusive premium content produced hosted on Patreon.

Q: Do I have to have streaming experience before I apply?

A: Yes. VAllure will only be recruiting individuals fairly familiar with the process of content creation, including streaming. Prior content will be assessed during the application process to deem if you are a good fit for our company, and in turn, if we are a good fit for you.

Q: Is it really a 80/20 split?

A: Yes. The majority of the revenue will be funds made from YouTube, StreamElements and Patreon, with an 80/20 split in favor of the talent. Sales of merchandise made through uwumarket will go 100% to the talent and any other branding or partnership deals in the future will be negotiated with the talent on a case-by-case basis.

Q: Can I join with my existing design?

A: Due to IP and copyright issues, we cannot accept/admit designs unsanctioned by our company to be hosted as a talent.

Q: I am male, can I apply?

A: The interest of VAllure at this time is that of hosting content creation surrounding female-only talent.

Q: What counts as “provide evidence you have produced, engaged in or sold lewd content in the past”?

A: Examples such as (but are not limited to) are drawing/commissioning 18+ artwork, voice acting for 18+ works, and a history of providing related lewd services are all accepted as the experience our company is seeking in our applicants. This is to ensure that the applicants are comfortable and familiar with the content we wish to create.
